Tootoot declared the best project – judged by Mike Butcher from TechCrunch!

In late November of 2015, Tootoot was awarded a prestigious award from Startupawards – a recognized institution for only the best innovative projects. The quality of each concept and team is judged by an international jury, led by the Editor in Chief of TechCrunch, Mike Butcher.

Just being able to participate in the final rounds was an accomplishment after all the hard work and effort behind Tootoot’s many interviews, curated for only the highest quality content. The jury consisting of Mike Butcher of TechCrunch, Dominik Balogh of GoDaddy, Erja Retzén from NASDAQ, and Paul Jozefak from Liquid Labs, was sure to judge each project on a number of parameters.

Throughout the competition, each project had to make it through bootcamp, from which only 20 projects could move forward. Only 12 of those projects are allowed to pass through to the finale, where they are then divided into four categories. It is in this final round that Tootoot was awarded the top spot in the Digital category. Together with the excitement of the prestigious prize comes the commitment to continue improving for the benefit of the fans, artists, promoters, and clubs who make Tootoot possible. It is those users from whom we look forward to seeing results thanks to the app.
